- Crystal Ice Plant – a sea vegetable and salty green succulent with leaves that look like they are covered in ice
- Davidson Plum – dark purple fruit with a sour, acidic and slightly bitter taste
- Desert Lime – small fruit the size of a grape with a tart, intense lime flavour

- Dorrigo Pepper – the leaf or the berry can be used, has a hot and spicy flavour similar to mountain pepper

- Green Ants – ants with green bellies that have a intense lime flavour and acidic zing
