Made using Tasmanian redcurrants grown by the Clark family, Marionette Groseille (25% ABV) is crafted in the style of the classic French redcurrant liqueur.  On the nose, it’s packed with dense, ripe, redcurrant notes akin to a berry tart without being cordial sweet. On the palate, it’s silky and fresh, with good concentration. Momentarily juicy and sweet in the middle, it maintains a pleasant and natural acidity through the finish. This elusive ingredient is ideal for you to create Christmas in a glass, at any time of the year.
