Created by Otter Craft Distilling, Mary St Coffee Gin Liqueur (30% ABV) is a collaboration between Distiller Eduard Otter and Morgan’s Coffee. Ethically and sustainably sourced coffee beans are roasted to perfection and then distilled in the heart of Sydney’s inner west.
The coffee liqueur with an organic juniper base and single origin coffee beans has no additives or preservatives. On the nose, there is an enticing aroma of rich espresso coffee with a subtle and complementary citrus undertone. The palate exudes espresso flavour with a sweetness that rounds out the perfect roasting of the coffee beans along with the citrus notes.
Serve it neat over ice, in an Espresso Martini, Coffee Negroni or pour it over ice cream to create a most memorable Affogato.
