Created by infusing premium Sangiovese grapes with Naught Australian Dry Gin, Naught Sangiovese Gin (37.5% ABV) brings lively aromas, vibrant red fruits and seductive spices to deliver a beautiful synergy of sweet and savoury notes that capture the playful tension between grapes and gin.
The lead botanicals include juniper, Sangiovese grapes, cassia bark and orange, a harmony of juniper and spice with rich fruity red berries and dried cherry notes. The mid palate turns from spice to luscious fruit sweetness that leads to a long lasting and memorable finish.
Sip it neat, on ice or in a sour style cocktails. Try it in the Sanjo Sour by dry shaking 60ml Naught Sangiovese Gin, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml semi rich sugar syrup and 15ml egg white, then shaking vigorously with ice and double straining into a coupe glass.
