Tanglin Singapore Gin (42%ABV) is a contemporary gin that celebrates a harmony of flavours. Four hero botanicals go into making this Asian flavoured gin with mandarin orange, dried chilli seeds, kaffir lime and young ginger.
On the nose, it leads with fresh natural sweet mandarin citrus notes, a hint of orange blossom and kaffir lime. The palate exhibits sweet mandarin orange citrus notes with a warm and tingling heat before it finishes with a peppery note from young ginger. The result is a gin on the sweet-citrusy part of the flavour spectrum with a good spice note from Cambodian Kampot Pepper, ideal to enjoy in summer or to pair with spicy Asian Fusion and Mexican food.
