7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
7K Distillery Tasmanian Raspberry Gin (30% ABV) is crafted by sourcing the best fruit from Westerway Raspberry Farm near the distillery and macerating it in gin. Over 200kg of raspberries go into 1000L of spirit to create a fruity and natural flavour.
The raspberries are picked at the height of their season, then preserved in 7K Dry Gin to keep the flavour fresh. Head Distiller Tom Rofe then blends all the raspberries and botanicals over a 6 week period to ensure consistency. No syrups or artificial additives go into creating this Tasmanian Raspberry Gin that is naturally sweet with a hint of tannins on the finish.
Enjoy it with soda or a dry tonic, or in cocktails such as a Clover Club or Tom Collins.
