Garden Grown Gin (42% ABV) was created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the Australian summer garden. Murraya, the hero botanical is extracted using French perfumers’ time-honoured technique of enfleurage to ensure the delicate scent and flavour are captured.
With a solid juniper backbone, chamomile, sage, rose, angelica and orris root play a supporting role to this floral gin, the original expression by Grown Spirits.
On the nose, there are hints of jasmine, sweet honeysuckle and orange blossom which play equally well in a Gin & Tonic and a dry Martini.
