The Top 500 Bars ranking from 1-100 was unveiled during a ceremony at Le Crillon in Paris on the 13th of November 2023 with Maybe Sammy in Sydney taking the first spot.

Top 500 bars has announced the new ranking of the most influential bars in the world from 100 to 1. The new most influential bar is Maybe Sammy from Sydney taking the crown from Paradiso which is number 3 this year. F
This year, the ranking of 500 bars involved 122 different cities, 53 different countries with new cities like Auchterarder, Bali and Bogota. If UK and Singapore are still strong players, Italy with Spain are pushing as well with the US coming back.
To create this ranking, they have aggregated thousands of data about cocktail bars on the web, from hundreds of sources, in over 20 languages. They gather the opinion of experts, journalists and influencers, but also rankings, platforms and search engines that aggregate reviews from everyone to complete the set.
