The World’s 50 Best Bars 2017 have just been announced at the historic Southwark Cathedral in London with American Bar at The Savoy of London taking the top position.
Melbourne’s Black Pearl was awarded Legend of the Year and Best Bar in Australasia at number 22 while The Baxter Inn in Sydney came in at 45.
The bars were selected by an Academy of industry experts of which I am honoured to be on the committee for the fifth year running.
