The bar holds The Whisky Cooperative with monthly tastings and events as well as a Whiskey Passport to record the drams tasted from the bar.
The cocktail is a perfect winter drink that takes Jameson Irish whiskey and adds a house-made mulled wine syrup infused with 7 spices: cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, paprika, vanilla and star anise. The drink is beautifully balanced, luxuriant and smooth with a good mouthfeel and warm spices upfront while the whiskey lingers in the background – one guaranteed to warm you up during winter months.
