The Amelia cocktail is one of the signature drink at Employees Only and features in Speakeasy: Classic Cocktails Reimagined, by Jason Kosmas and Dushan Zaric. Named after Amelia Earhart, the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, the Amelia cocktail is often described as a sequel to the Cosmopolitan. The vodka-based drink brings together the floral notes of elderflower liqueur with blackberries into an elegant and bright sipping drink.
