The Bourbon and Peach Slushie with French Tarragon is a fruity and refreshing frozen cocktail to enjoy on a hot summer afternoon.
Bourbon and peaches make a great pairing and what better than to cool down in summer with an easy to make alcoholic slushie.
For this recipe, we used French tarragon, a herb that is a great addition to a cocktail garden. It lends an anise-like flavour to the drink and cuts through some of the sweetness of the bourbon and the fruit.
For best results and a good slushie consistency, it’s best to peel the peaches, cut them into large chunks and store them in the freezer until you’re ready to make the drink.
