I’m excited to share with you that in March 2023, Diageo Bar Academy featured me on Diageo Bar Clips in a segment on Exploring Fermented Flavours.
In this Diageo Bar Clips educational segment on lacto-fermentation, I presented my cocktail, Mando Moments, an original recipe made with Tanqueray gin and my very own for lacto-fermented mandarin liqueur.
The bar clip was shared on Diageo Bar Academy’s social channels including Instagram (143K followers) , Facebook (787K followers) and YouTube (12.5K subscribers).
