Rich and warming, Chase Oak Aged Sloe Gin (29.1% ABV) is crafted by macerating wild hedgerow sloe berries from Herefordshire in Chase GB Gin, a 100% potato-based spirit, then oak ageing it in Rhône Valley red wine casks. The sloe gin, which is the result of a field to bottle process using potatoes grown on the distillery family farm balances tart and sweet notes with a long subtle oak finish. Enjoy it on its own, or over ice with a zingy lemon tonic. Chase Oak Aged Sloe Gin is available in a 500ml bottle and is distributed by Stuart Alexander.
