From a family-owned boutique micro distillery hidden in the back streets of Botany in Sydney comes Endeavour Gin, a limited edition toasted American oak matured gin. The name takes inspiration from the ship Sir Joseph Banks and Dr Daniel Solander arrived in to explore Botany Bay 250 years ago – not far from the location of Banks & Solander Distillery.
Big flavoured and mellowed with oak, you’ll find orange marmalade on the nose with a juniper backbone and a spicy body. The finish is long with caramel and oak married with a citrus note. Endeavour Gin (48& ABV) is a fine sipping gin, either neat or on ice, goes very well in a classic Negroni and makes a refreshing G&T when mixed with elderflower tonic.
