If you’re new to making cocktails at home, one of the easiest cocktails to batch and have on hand is the Negroni.
The Negroni is an equal parts cocktail, a combination of gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Add them in equal measures to a glass swing top bottle, factor in dilution, store it in the fridge and you’ll have Negronis ready to serve whenever you feel like one.
We’ve converted dilution for pre-batched cocktails in a previous article and it’s worth getting acquainted with the principles and method which you can easily do at home. Here’s how to batch a Negroni.
