LongLeaf Tea Vodka has a robust tea flavour profile as a result of infusing Ceylon tea with the spirit. With the warmer months approaching, for this drink, I wanted to create a LongLeaf Tea Vodka cocktail that is light, refreshing and easy to make at home.
As the name implies, the Sri Lankan 75 is our riff on the classic French 75 drink. The ingredients are simple and this cocktail can easily be mixed when friends drop in. All you need is lemon juice, simple syrup and a dry sparkling wine to top it up. It’s not too high in alcohol because once you have one, you’re likely to want another.
