Sloe gin meets blended and peated malts in the Slo’Kay Cocktail, an original cocktail recipe that appeals to whisky fans.
The Slo’Kay Cocktail takes inspiration from the ‘Modern Cocktail’ which was featured in Hoffman House Bartender’s Guide (1912). The combination of equal parts blended Scotch whisky and sloe gin gets a reboot with the addition of peated whisky, a key ingredient that not only adds complexity but another layer to the drink.
Sweet, tart and with subtle smoke that lingers but doesn’t overpower, the Slo’Kay Cocktail is a whisky lover’s cocktail.
