Ingredients
- 30ml (1 1/4 oz) rotovap sea water & The West Winds Gin The Cutlass⠀
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) clear spiced cherry tomato⠀
- 20 ml (3/4 oz) clear salted Monin coconut syrup
- 1 drop basil-tomato seed tincture⠀
- cheese wax⠀
Glassware: old fashioned glass
Garnish: oyster leaf⠀
Method
The cocktail is pre-batched and infused on cheese wax. To serve, pour the required measure into a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an oyster leaf.
