Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2019 were announced at an awards ceremony held on the evening of Thursday 9 May 2019 at the Capitol Theatre with The Old Man in Hong Kong taking out first place.

Singapore’s Manhattan took out the second spot as well as Legend of the List and Best Bar in Singapore while Taipei’s ’s Indulge Experimental Bistro came in third place.
The 2019 list features nine countries and includes 12 new entries. China claims 12 bars on the list and Singapore counts 11, followed by Thailand with seven. Jigger & Pony in Singapore climbs 33 spots from 2018 to No.9 and picks up the Highest Climber Award. Coa, in Hong Kong, wins the Highest New Entry Award debuting at No.12.
