The Australian Bar Awards 2021 were announced virtually via a live stream by Australian Bartender magazine on Tuesday 21 September 2021.
Bar Margaux in Victoria took out the Bar of the Year award while Maybe Sammy in NSW won the Cocktail Bar of the Year. The Outstanding Contribution Award went to Natalie Ng, Door Knock Sydney. Here is the full list of the winners of Australian Bar Awards 2021 in the order they were announced.
