Australian owned brand, CAPI has introduced three new mixers under the banner of CAPI CF Selection (CF standing for Craft Flavours) designed to be seasonal and made in small batch quantities.
The new flavours are CAPI Dry Tonic, CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer and CAPI The Sicilian. Each mixer has been tested by some of the best bartenders in Australia from Black Pearl, The Beaufort and Bad Frankie.
With subtle citrus and a crisp dry finish, CAPI Dry Tonic has been designed to complement craft gins by allowing their botanical gin to take centre stage. According to Sebastian Costello of Bad Frankie, this tonic has less sugar which helps bring out the late arriving flavours in any gin, like aniseed.
CAPI Flamin’ Ginger Beer brings a kick of spice with a spicy ginger beer, blended with double the ginger, chilli and capsicum extracts.
CAPI The Sicilian brings a punchy bite with a bitter blood orange base, blended with citrus oils and cinnamon bark to give an underlying sweetness. This versatile mixer is well suited to the home bar.
The three new CAPI mixers complement the exiting range which include CAPI Tonic, Dry Ginger Ale, Ginger Beer, Soda Water, lemonade and fruit sodas.
