Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum is infused with Caribbean spices and fruits which are steeped separately then added during the blending process. These include richeria grandis, or bois bande, a bark locally renowned as a potent aphrodisiac along with nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, coconut, all spice, lemon and orange. Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum Cocktails: Red Beard
Ingredients
- 30 ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
- 30 ml Campari
- 15 ml ginger liqueur
- 15 ml sweet vermouth
Glassware: old fashioned glass
Garnish: orange peel
Method
In a mixing glass, add Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum, Campari, ginger liqueur and sweet vermouth. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass. Add a large piece of ice and garnish with orange peel.
Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum Cocktails: Pear & Rhubarb Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 30 ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
- 30 ml pear liqueur
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey
- a dash of rhubarb bitters
Glassware: coupette
Garnish: pear fan and cinnamon stick
Method
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a pear fan and a cinnamon stick.
Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum Cocktails: Spiced Pimms Punch
Ingredients
- 30 ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
- 30 ml Pimms
- ginger ale and lemonade to top
Glassware: tall rocks glass
Garnish: sliced strawberries, orange slices and mint leaves
Method
Build the drink in a tall, rocks glass with ice and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with sliced strawberries, orange slices and mint leaves.
