An original Cocktails & Bars recipe, the Firewater cocktail is named after baijiu’s fiery characteristic, China’s national spirit. The drink balances the spirit’s fruit-forward notes with lychee and citrus while the Szechuan Pepper tincture adds a touch of spice and heat.
