Poor Toms G&T: The classic gin and tonic takes an Australian flavour with Poor Toms Gin from Sydney, NSW.
The gin is crafted using a mix of traditional and native ingredients such as the native strawberry gum leaf and is fresh and floral with a hint of sweetness. We used an Australian mixer, CAPI tonic water and garnished with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of thyme.
Australian Christmas Cocktails: Poor Toms G&T
Ingredients
- 30 ml of Poor Toms Gin
- CAPI Tonic Water
Glassware: copa glass or goblet
Garnish: pomegranate seeds, sprig of thyme
Method
In a copa glass or goblet, pour the gin over ice. Top with CAPI Tonic Water and stir. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of thyme pegged to the rim of the glass.
