For those of us living in the Southern Hemisphere, Christmas is celebrated during the height of summer, which means rich and hot cocktails are the furthest thing from our minds. That’s where Christmas in July comes in, a time when people in the Southern Hemisphere can experience Christmas in winter, just like our Northern Hemisphere counterparts.
