Don Fulano tequila is a product of Tequileña’s Legacy, created by master distiller/blender Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza.
Don Fulano Tequila
Don Fulano was created in 2000 by master distiller/blender Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza. After farming agave for generations, the Fonseca family acquired La Tequileña (NOM1146), a distillery that had been producing the agave spirit for more than 85 years in the town of Tequila.
A highland tequila, Don Fulano is made from 100% estate grown mature blue agave cooked in autoclave ovens, naturally fermented in open tanks using wild and cultivated yeast, and distilled in approximately 80% copper pot still and 20% copper, double column still. The spirit is distilled to 50% to 55% ABV then cut with demineralised water from a deep well in the distillery. The tequila is non-charcoal filtered and contains no additives such as sugar, colour or glycerin.

Don Fulano Blanco
A fine expression of its highland terroir, Don Fulano Blanco (40% ABV) is rested for 60 days in stainless steel tanks with no exposure to oak. The style has fruity aromas with a herbal spectrum, a black peppercorn note, butterscotch with a hint of vanilla and subtle minerality.
Don Fulano Reposado
Don Fulano Reposado (40% ABV) is a blend of tequilas with a minimum of 8 months and up to 2 years. The expression balances raw and cooked agave notes with age to deliver a rich fruit character such as caramelised peach with spice, dark chocolate and nutmeg in a semi-sweet and long finish.
Don Fulano Añejo
Don Fulano Añejo (40% ABV) is made from a blend of tequila aged for a minimum of 30 months. Cooked agave notes along with dried fruits, spice, almonds and roasted coffee are evident in an añejo style that is not overtly oaky. It finishes long and slightly dry with notes of dark cocoa.
Don Fulano Imperial Extra Añejo
Don Fulano Imperial Extra Añejo (40% ABV) is aged for 5 years and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. Exceptionally smooth and complex, it has aromas of black cherry and vanilla. The palate is abundant in fruit notes and spice such as clove and macadamia, along with layers of maple and tobacco in a long, luxuriant finish.
