The Hide Nor Hare cocktail is an Easter cocktail that combines vodka with fresh carrot juice, citrus and a sweetener topped with a splash of soda water to spritz it up. It’s easy drinking and can double up as a brunch cocktail or as a pick me up.
Easter Cocktail Recipes: Hide Nor Hare
Ingredients
- 60 ml vodka
- 30 ml fresh carrot juice
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup (1:1)
- splash of soda water
Glassware: tall glass
Garnish: pickled carrot, carrot top
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, carrot juice, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake until the tin is cold. Strain into a tall glass with ice cubes and top with soda water. Garnish with a pickled carrot and carrot top.
