FAIR Rum Tasting Notes
- Country of Origin: Belize, bottled in France

- Age: 5 yo

- Nose: chocolate, ripe bananas, pears
- Palate: grilled bananas, hints of vanilla and chocolate. A little harsher on the palate that expected.
- Finish: medium and spicy with notes of clove and nutmeg
Comments: This is the kind of rum that grows on you after the first few sips. While it develops on the glass, releasing more aromas of vanilla and banana, this rum is ace in cocktails such as a Mai Tai, Dark ‘n ‘Stormy and the Hurricane.
