Chase GB Gin (40% ABV) is the result of a field to bottle process using potatoes grown on the Chase Distillery family farm. The 100% potato-based spirit is crafted by copper pot distilling Chase Vodka with 10 botanicals; juniper, coriander seed, bitter almond, cinnamon bark, ginger, cloves, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, and cardamom to deliver a Great British Extra Dry gin that is smooth and full-bodied. The gin balances juniper, spice and citrus notes. Best enjoyed with lots of ice, a premium tonic and a slice of fresh ginger. Chase GB Gin is available in a 700ml bottle and is distributed by Stuart Alexander.
