Capturing the essence of Byron Bay, Mac. by Brookie’s is a premium roasted Macadamia and Wattleseed liqueur from Cape Byron Distillery, hailed as the ‘Mac Daddy’ of all nut liqueurs. The “little nutter” is handcrafted by steeping locally sourced roasted macadamia nuts along with their shells in a wheat-based neutral spirit with native Australian wattleseed before pure spring water from Wollombi (Mt Warning) and a touch of natural sugar cane syrup are added. The result is a decadent flavour of butterscotch, cacao and coffee.

This versatile liqueur has been awarded ‘World’s Best Nut Liqueur’ at the 2020 World Liqueur Awards. Pour it over ice with a slice of lime AKA the Easy Mac., mix it in an Espresso Martini or simply add it to your coffee.
