Produced in Pessione, Italy, Martini Rosato is a blend of red and white wines with spices that include cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg along with raspberries and lemon. Deep rosé in colour, the vermouth comes in at an ABV of 14.4% and has floral, sweet and fruity flavours complemented with spicy notes of cinnamon, clove in a bitter-sweet finish.

Martini Rosato Spritz Recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml Martini Rosato
- 60 ml Prosecco (eg Martini Prosecco)
- 45 ml sparkling water
Garnish: sliced strawberries, wedge of pink grapefruit
Glassware: copa glass
Method
In a large copa glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients and stir. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a wedge of pink grapefruit.
