The Sea Change Martini Recipe

Ingredients
- 60 ml The West Winds Broadside Gin
- 10 ml Adelaide Hills Dry Vermouth
- Samphire: 2 for muddling, one long strand for garnish
- Sea Mist (saline solution with sea salt)
Glassware: Martini Glass
Garnish: one strand of samphire
Method
In a mixing glass, gently muddle 2 small pieces of samphire with gin. Add vermouth, stir over ice to chill. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with one long strand of samphire. Spray with saline solution
