The Sugar-Free Gin Cucumber Spritzer combines the juniper spirit, freshly squeezed lime juice and muddled cucumber slices, shaken, strained and lengthened with soda water. The drink is garnished with a cucumber ribbon inside the glass and a sprig of dill which adds a fresh herbaceous aroma.

Sugar-Free Gin Cucumber Spritzer Recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 15 ml lime juice
- 3 cucumber slices
- soda water to top
Glassware: tall glass
Garnish: cucumber ribbon, sprig of dill
Method
For the garnish, use a vegetable peeler to create a long cucumber ribbon and place it inside the glass below the rim. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber slices with gin and freshly-squeezed lime juice. Add ice cubes and shake hard until very cold. Double strain into a tall glass lined with long cucumber ribbon. Add fresh ice cubes and top with soda water.
