From the award winning “The Splendid Gin” on the East Coast of Tasmania comes The Splendid Gin Summer Cup, a versatile mixer and the first of its kind from an Australian distiller.
The Splendid Gin Summer Cup is built on the original four times distilled grape spirit cut with spring water and a blend of organic botanicals and caramelised sugar. The botanicals include roasted dandelion root and native Tasmanian mountain pepper berry.
Created to be a versatile tipple, The Splendid Gin Summer Cup is similar to the renowned Pimms however it can be enjoyed straight as an aperitif on ice or in a refreshing summery fruit punch.
The flavour profile has high notes of citrus with an underlying herbal body of Tasmanian native pepper berry, roasted dandelion root, earth and toffee.

Sip it neat or over ice, add soda water or lemonade and garnish with seasonal fruit. For a more splendid experience, add a little of the original Splendid Gin to enhance the flavour profile.
