The Australian Bar Awards for 2016 were held last night at Doltone House with over 600 bar industry professionals in attendance. Presented by Australian Bartender Magazine for the 16th year, the awards ceremony was interspersed with the top 8 finalists of Bartender of the Year competing on stage.

The Gresham in Brisbane took out Bar of the Year while Michael Chiem of PS40 in Sydney was named Bartender of the Year for 2016.
