The ‘Garden Collins Summer Series’, a series dedicated to the Tom Collins cocktail continues with Lovage and Cucumber Gin Collins using lovage from the garden.
Lovage is not a very common herb in this part of the world. The tall perennial plant has leaves which taste like celery with a hint of parsley. We’ve paired the flavour of garden-grown lovage with cucumber for a refreshing and summer Collins cocktail. A touch of celery bitters rounds off the herbaceous flavours.
