Created by Mickey McIlroy during his time at Milk & Honey in New York City, here’s how to mix the Right Hand Cocktail.
The Negroni has inspired many variations and this cocktail pays homage to richness of aged rum paired with a bitter-sweet flavour.
The stirred drink was created by Mickey McIlroy at the revered at Milk & Honey cocktail bar in New York City and is considered the counterpart of the Left Hand cocktail by Sam Ross. Aged rum is combined with equal parts of Campari and sweet vermouth with chocolate bitters adding a harmonious cacao note. The cocktail is garnished with an orange twist.
