The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022 have been announced in Barcelona Spain with the Paradiso in Barcelona awarded the coveted first spot, the first time this accolade has been won by a bar outside New York or London.

Coming in second place at the World’s 50 Best Bars 2022 is Tayer + Elementary in London, and in the third spot, Sips from Barcelona in Spain.
Australia had two entries with Maybe Sammy from Sydney at 29 (also The Best Bar in Australasia) and Cantina OK! also from Sydney at 41.

- BKK Social Club in Bangkok is named London Essence Best New Opening
- The inaugural 50 Best The Blend Scholar is Drew Fleming of Kiki Lounge, Isle of Man
