The Australian Bar Awards 2018 were held last night at Doltone House in Pyrmont with 650 bar industry professionals from all over the country in attendance. Now in its 18th year, the awards are presented by Australian Bartender Magazine with the top 8 finalists of Bartender of the Year competing on stage.
The Baxter Inn in Sydney took out Bar of the Year award and Jenna Hemsworth (pictured) won Bartender of the Year for 2018 making history as the first female bartender to win the title. Jason Crawley was the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award.
