Middlebar
This newest incarnation on level one of Kinselas in Darlinghurst is home to the Gintonic and the Daiquiri. Each drink has its own station with a black board menu. At Middlebar, you can customise your G&T with a choice of spirit, tonic water and garnishes then dance the night away.

Barrio Cellar

Bennelong Bar

At the new Bennelong Bar inside the restaurant, you can do just that while admiring the twinkling lights of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
