Middlebar
This newest incarnation on level one of Kinselas in Darlinghurst is home to the Gintonic and the Daiquiri. Each drink has its own station with a black board menu. At Middlebar, you can customise your G&T with a choice of spirit, tonic water and garnishes then dance the night away.

Barrio Cellar

Bennelong Bar
There’s nothing like sipping a well-crafted cocktail inside the Sydney Opera House. At the new Bennelong Bar inside the restaurant, you can do just that while admiring the twinkling lights of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
