Crafted by the descendants of Vikings in the remote Orkney Islands, Highland Park 12 Year Old single malt (40% ABV) has a long history dating back to 1798. Made the traditional way using ancient techniques long since abandoned by most other distilleries, the award-winning single malt brings a distinctive balance of sweetness and smoke. Predominantly aged in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, it glows amber in colour in the glass and delivers a balanced flavour profile of warm wintery spices, honey, fruitcake, heather and waves of aromatic peat smoke.
