The Duke of Clarence Sydney
Sydney is getting a 19th century-inspired English tavern from the team behind The Barber Shop. The Duke of Clarence will offer a 500-strong line-up of spirits from the British aisles, beer served from ornate beer taps sourced from England, and classic cocktails, treated with Victorian-era twists or rotovapped with ingredients that were used during the time of Charles Dickens. Door Knock Sydney
Door Knock, a new underground cocktail and bar by Owner/Operator Natalie Ng and Justin Best will take over from the Norsk Dor site with a focus on wines, sherry and fortified, fun and innovative cocktails in warm, convivial surrounds. Monkey’s Corner Chippendale

You may need to brave the long queue to get a seat at GoGo Bar located within Chin Chin Sydney. The cocktail list comes in the form of a food/drink pyramid where you choose a key ingredient such as dragon fruit then turn over for the cocktail.
