When Applewood Distillery was tasked with creating a gin for Shady Acres, they captured the essence of Hong Kong with shiitake mushrooms for an earthly quality, lychee and mandarin for fruitiness, then balanced with Chinese plum and anise myrtle for an Applewood touch. Applewood Underdog Gin is a symphony of sweetness and spice.
