Bass & Flinders Anniversary Cuvée Brandy (42% ABV) is a limited-edition French-Australian brandy blend, in collaboration with French Cognac house, Normandin-Mercier (N-M). The 330-bottle, single-release is the world’s first French-Australian brandy blend made with B&F Chardonnay-based brandy with N-M Petite Champagne cognac.
Beautifully presented, Bass & Flinders Anniversary Cuvée Brandy has aromas of orange blossom, vanilla, lightly toasted almonds, pear, apricot with floral notes. The palate is smooth, clean and elegant, with multi-layered notes of pink lady apples and pear, almond and vanilla with a subtle hint of nutmeg spice lingering on the finish.
