Antipodes Pink Gin (40% ABV) is distilled from Kakadu plum, olida (strawberry gum), blue chamomile flowers and ruby red grapefruit along with juniper and other traditional botanicals.
Kakadu Plums add a citrus dimension; strawberry gum imparts an additional berry burst while the ruby red grapefruit and pepperberries add another layer of complexity along with a luscious pink tang.
Sip it over ice, with soda water, or a light tonic water.
