Rum Diary Spiced Experimental Kitchen # 3 Rum & Raisin (42% ABV) is a small batch production with only 400 bottles made. The rum invokes childhood memories of rum & raisin ice cream with with the smell of a Christmas cake baking in the oven. Sultanas and raisins are macerated in aged rum to give a fruit base before supporting layers of coffee, cacao, cinnamon, orange and a touch of mulato chili bring the rum to life.
